Our items are digital downloads and are sent to you via email. If you do not receive your download or have problems downloading your ordwr, be sure to email us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital download items are final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital download purchases except under the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues: If the file is defective or corrupted, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  2. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, please contact us for assistance.

  3. Non-Receipt: If you do not receive the download link or encounter delivery issues, contact us immediately.

How to Request Support

If you experience any of the issues mentioned above, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase. Include the following information:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots, if applicable

We aim to resolve all inquiries within 48 hours.

Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided for user errors, such as incorrect file downloads or unsupported devices.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their devices and software before making a purchase.

  • All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
